The title “copy kids” didn’t tell me much. My general understanding was – it has something to do with eating vegetables. And this is exactly what it is – a great concept all children understand very well: “monkey see – monkey do”. DVD has many categories – all are fruits and vegetables. Each segment shows children eating individual fruits and vegetables. My 4-year-old likes vegetables and my 2-year-old doesn’t – 4-year-old picked what vegetable she wanted to watch.
It doesn’t seem like anything special – just a child seating a tomato. At least that’s what I thought watching little Mani eating a vegetable, when I heard my kids laugh. Here they were – standing in front of the TV laughing, repeating everything noise TV produced. I am not kidding you! The were repeating kids names, what they were saying, and they were loudly happy about it.
At dinner, my daughter demanded a tomato and ate it all. My son agreed to have a piece, but didn’t eat much of it. Well, that’s a start.
BOTTOM LINE
This DVD is not for us, adults – it’s for the kids, don’t judge it based on your adult opinion.

I think it will at least motivate your kiddos to try something new
It might be a fun play if you let your child pick what s/he wants to watch about

Cute! We’ve been trying different vegetables with our boy lately and he loves brocolli (even if I can’t spell it). This seems like a fun way for kids to learn to eat their veggies.

Sometimes I think we forget to take the adult glasses off and put our “kid glasses” on – you’re right, it doesn’t sound thrilling to us, but if the kids love it and it encourages good food choices, that’s awesome!
