what if u cant enter a contest cause u have to be from US and are from Canada?can u still get a point or not? or only ppl in the US eligable for that point?
sorry if the question seems silly. this is my first blog hop and there wasnt very many that canadians were eligable for so i entered the ones i could but i dont think its too fair if only the ppl in US can get the points cause if i could enter i totally would:P thanks for your time and help!!:)
