Mamavation Monday: I have a little bicycle

I am happy to report that I did open my bike season and OH MY GOD – I am so sore in all the places I should not mention. It was not as fun as I remembered it to be. Maybe off road trail wasn’t the best trail to start with.

  1. He-he, yes.. those nasty “sit bones” really get sore and tender. Lather up with chamois cream (butt butter! Lol) and make sure you have a good pair of padded cycling shorts. I am jealous, still haven’t even wanted to hook up the trailer to my bike. I will soon.

    Awesome Job.. Way to go getting back in the saddle… I’ve been slowly working on toughing up that area for bike riding… 10 years ago I was a pro at that but got out of the habit when we moved back across the pond… I know in a week or two you’ll be lovin’ the off road trails again…

  5. My butt hurts just thinking about it. We don’t have trails nearby but I do know the pain of sitting on a spin-bike. You get sore and go numb in places not to be mentioned ;)

  8. I hear ya on that bike thing. I did the stationary bike this weekend and oh boy i am hurting in places i didn’t know hurt. It just means it’s working. Hope you have a great week! :)

    I only wish that I could get on a bike and ride like that. I have a mountain bike that my husband bought me a few years back and guess where it is? Yep, in the garage. Hope you are having a great week! :)
