I know we all are just starting to get back to the everyday life. The holidays are amazing and I feel so empty when I have to get up early on the second of January to go to work, but here is something that keeps me going for a few more days – holiday scraps. I am so not joking – this is a worry free dish that I can take a credit for discovering.
It comes in a bag – pre-seasoned and ready to be baked. All that’s left is to put the bag in the baking pan (I went with disposable just because I was looking for the maximum convenience) and put it in the oven.
90 minutes later I had a great product and just in time for the table.
I seriously love the idea!
Also because it is cooked in the bag, there is no loss of moisture and chicken comes out juicy and absolutely delicious.
Even a few days later we still had plenty left and today we will be adding chicken to our salads. Perfect for new year weight loss? I think so

I’ve never tried Perdu…and didn’t know this was pre-seasoned. Sounds yum!
