Here is another way for you to spend some fun quality time with your kids without going out of your way (or leaving the house) – check out Exercise Rhymes. These cards come with a key chain, so you won’t be looking for each page all over the house and they are highly engaging.
How about a frog?
Show your child how to squat down with legs apart, knees fully bent, and hand down to the floor.
“Green knees bent on pads of lily
Frogs spring up and down silly…”
Spring up into the air, straightening your legs, land back into the starting squat
“…Ribbit up, ribbit down
Buggy eyes move all around…”
I like that one side of the card has a rhyme and a picture, but the other one explains me how to make a frog (or any other exercise) the right way – Thank You for not making tired Momma guess!
I see it be fun for kids 2-5
Great way to exercise your muscles and teaching you child to do the same
Good way to spent some quality time with your kids even if you only have few minutes
Keychain will insure that the flash cards don’t get scattered around
Printed on recyclable paper, but the cards itself are plastic – quite a durable solution
Exercise Rhymes is one of our great sponsors for the March Moola Madness Event – come back March 19-April 2 for your chance to win this awesome book.
