How difficult is it to just get off the couch, start working out and lose a ton? IT’S DIFFICULT! Most of us feel unmotivated to do this. Yes, we are used to comfort, but at the same time we have to deal with so much every day, it seems like the only place that gives us comfort is a couch. Jeanette DePatie, the author of the book Fat’s Chick workout, understands this problem first hand and that is why her book and DVD combo eases into the weight loss gradually
“So often I’d tried at exercise and failed. I exercised too hard and too fast for a few weeks, got tired, sore, injured, depressed or all of the above. And since I didn’t lose a lot of weight I decided I was a failure. But things turned around for the better when I became The Fat Chick.”
When I was watching the DVD for “Workout for Fat Chicks” I got the impression that it understood the level of difficulty that working out can be for women who go from 0-60. Im saying that with the meaning that it can be challenging for a women with extra weight to build up the tenacity to get on a schedule start working out and stay on track. The DVD is very inspiring, but what is a wanted bonus is you also have the book to guide you through your journey to weight loss! Its a double Whammy. I say Bravo to the author and creator of “Working out for Fat Chicks” Thank you for showing understanding, patience and an even amount of firm ability to help women like myself work through this challenge called WEIGHT. Not only does it help with weight loss but also gives a firm description of just being healthy.
