I had another amazing week – if not from the weight stand point, but from life quality stand point. Last Sunday was my Birthday and I celebrated it by going with my family on the bicycle trail for 20 mile ride. On the way back we got in such a bad storm and ended up soaking wet. The kids were just fine in the trailer though. We still have 4 miles to go and the rain was coming very hard, when a good Samaritan with a utility truck offered to give us a ride to our car.
I have to tell you, it was the best birthday yet! Next year – rock climbing or dirt biking! LOL
I just came back from my awesome trip to #Fit-cation11 and honestly, I am lacking words to describe how awesome it was. I will spend the next few weeks trying describe it – it was just so cool and I was so excited to meet my Mamavation Sistas. When is the next one? Can I buy the ticket now?
I haven’t been home yet and cannot check my weight.
Now I have to get into the groove of things.

I’d love to know more about the healthy balance between vegetables and everything else. Is it possible to have too many vegetables? Can my salad be TOO BIG?
