I decided to review my Healthy plan again. Not to look for excuses, but I decided to revise my plan.
week 1 2-3 liters of water a day
week 2 plan breakfasts
week 3 focus on lunch
week 4 focus on dinner
week 5 detox
week 6 nutrition in order
week 7 30 min run3x a week
And today is week 1 … AGAIN.
My water plan last week somewhat worked last week – I need to step it up.
Besides that, I really don’t have anything much to report – I wish I was more active

I recently learned about chia seeds and hemp seeds. Both are very exciting from the nutritional stand point. Next step is to learn how to use it properly
