Mamavation – Week 7

A week ago I ran for 20 minutes straight. I know I talked about it before, but it helped me realize what kind of mile stone I reached. A year ago I wasn’t able to run 10 steps without completely loosing my breath. And this week? After running 20 minutes, I felt like I can do just about anything. AND IT FELT GOOD.
  I completed week 6 of C25K. And it included 25 minute run. Yes, I said it – 25 minutes!!!

The first week of George Foreman Knock out the Fat Weight Loss Challenge was intense. I am proud of how well I did, but my efforts of eating great made me spend lots of time in kitchen. I got some really great pictures from my awesome grill. I am hoping that some prep on Sunday will help me a little during the week

    And I truly admire you for your efforts to help those in Alabama! I have a few friends that live there, but luckily weren't affected heavily by the tornadoes. They ahve been helping, however, and some of the pictures they have posted have moved me to tears! So sad!
