I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for Mudderella.
I received complimentary admission to facilitate my review as well as a promotional item to thank me for my participation.

Summer is almost here and for many that means looking forward to shed heavy clothes and show some skin. However, some of us are not looking forward to face the fact that our bodies are not summer ready. Whatever the reasons are (comfort food, baby weight or stress), let’s set realistic goals and ease into it.
If you rather jump into a hardcore workout, more power to you – there is nothing better than a huge motivational drive. I am not a big fan of boot camps and I am a nursing mom, who has to keep the milk supply flowing, but that is not the reason to spend the summer on the bleachers. I am cleared by the doctors to resume my physical activities and ready to start the fight for my body.
I found out that signing up for fun group events is highly motivational. Summer is usually full of mud run kind of events – experiences that are not just about physical endurance, but are also about getting muddy, having fun, and making funny muddy mess out of yourself. I am particularly looking forward to the Mudderella. Why? Because this is me and my sister a year ago.
Should you be a hardcord athlete to join this event?
If you are, this event will be a lot of fun for you. You will run head high leaving many behind in the mud (so not a figure speech). But you really don’t have to be an athlete. Yes, I know it is called a RUN, but if I remember correctly, I ran for a whole 15 seconds last time. If you can run for 30 seconds, you will pass me.
Should you not train at all?
You are not obligated to go through a vigorous training and with no training at all you will eventually get to the end of the course. I would rather get to the end and have some good old fashion post-race fun.
I am starting it slow, but I have help that you can use too. Mudderella made its training program available to everybody. If you have 12 weeks, they have a great workout regimen. But even if your event is 4 weeks from today, you will be a lot more prepared than if you do nothing.
What is Mudderella?
This great event is designed for women by women to challenge strength, balance, endurance, and, of course, your team work. This is an experience, a way of thinking, way to find out how far you can push yourself and meet some like minded people while doing it.
