I absolutely cannot imagine my life without tomatoes. I eat them fresh, baked, fried, marinated or any other way possible and today I want to share this delicious oven baked tomato.
Start with cutting tomatoes in half and lining them in a baking pan.
Sprinkle them with Parmesan cheese and chopped oregano.
Place the pans in the pre-heated oven (450F). Drizzle it with olive and keep there for 20 minutes.

- 4 horizontally cut tomatoes
- 0.5 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp of fresh chopped oregano
- 0.5 tsp of salt
- Olive oil
- Preheat oven to 450° F.
- Position tomatoes cut-side up in a baking pan or cookie sheet. Top it with Parmesan, oregano, salt and pepper. Drizzle it with oil and bake until the tomatoes are tender (15-20 minutes).
