Fuel The Day One Snack at a Time

Do you know those days when you need to get so much stuff done, but everything seems to go sideways? These kinds of days I need fuel to keep me going while making sure the kids refuel with something mom approved.

Pinnable-to-do-list

With so much to do, my husband and I stop for just a minute to grab a sweet bite and guess what happens next – we  get caught by kids.

Got busted by kids and now they are demanding candy, what do you do? The easy way out – give up and share SNICKERS® 2-to-go! Is it really that big of a deal? It’s far enough from lunch time and it will keep the child happy for a minute. The keyword being “a minute,” your precious kiddo will be back for more or as my son says: “Mom, can I have the last piece of a candy again?”

That is not how we roll in this family! If we get caught eating candy and are forced to share the sugary deliciousness, we do so with some sort of creativity.

Meet the ultimate goodie bag. This little creation can take a small candy a long way and I didn’t even have to buy anything else – all the ingredients are in the kitchen.

Do you have a 10 different packages of snack leftovers – cereal, nuts, fruits or any kind of finger food? This is your perfect opportunity to clean up the shelves and make some 2-GO goodness.

Mix all your ingredients together, cut SNICKERS®, add it to the mix and here you have a perfect blend as well as peace and quiet for 10-20 minutes.

And what do you do while they are battling their one-of-a-kind goodie bag? Nothing! Just kick back and relax.

And how about the kids? They are back to having crazy fun, with happy tummies and happy smiles. Don’t worry, they will be back soon enough, so I have to start thinking for something for their next attack.

I love Snickers and I am lucky – the hubby does not like nuts in his candy so I NEVER have to share. Bwahahahaha. I like your snack idea though, sweet and salty. Mmmmmm

Yum, I love Snickers. I have to hide mine when my mom comes to visit though! 🙂

What a great deal, Snickers and Dr Pepper go so well together- I’m just not one who can share! I have to hide my snickers in the Freezer around here!

What a great idea to combine what you have to make one goodie bag. I never think to do that!

We love Dr. Pepper and Snickers at my house but I have to hide them because everyone loves them. If I want my own then I have to hide them so I have them for me.

Your snack bags look fun, and I bet the kids would love to help put them together too. My daughter always turns up when my husband and I are eating sweets too.

I honestly believe that Adrian Peterson, Arian Foster, Ray Rice,
Marshawn Lynch, or Jamaal Charles should be your focus in the first
round. Do you wear your own football package when actively playing football along with friends on the park or even wear your shirt casually around town or perhaps is this your ritual to wear your groups colors when going down to the pub.
In a very short time he built a very, very thorough roster that can beat you in a
    number of ways.
